Anika Rashaun, known for her appearances on The Real World: Seattle: Bad Blood and The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions, has died at the age of 34.
Rashaun died on October 1, according to a Facebook post shared by her friend Cyndi Rich. She had reportedly been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer more than a year before her death, according to a Substack post by another friend, Tiara Ramos.
Following the news, friends and former castmates paid tribute to Rashaun, remembering her as a vibrant personality who lived life to the fullest and remained fiercely loyal to the people she loved.

In her tribute, Rich described Rashaun as someone who made the most of her time, balancing ambitious personal goals with a busy social life.
“Anika lived her years fully with a stacked calendar, juggling all her dreams, invites from friends, and always showing up,” Rich wrote.
She recalled how Rashaun traveled around the world, pursued multiple jobs and continually sought new experiences, emphasizing that she never settled for less than she believed she deserved.
Ramos also shared an emotional tribute, highlighting Rashaun’s confidence, determination and willingness to stand firmly behind her beliefs.
“She was always so unapologetically herself, so real in her stances, her convictions, her beliefs,” Ramos wrote.
She also praised Rashaun’s ability to persuade others and pursue what she wanted, describing her personality as truly one of a kind. Above all, Ramos remembered the way she supported her friends.
“The way she showed up for her friends, fiercely loyal and loving to the end, was on a whole different level,” she added.

Theo King-Bradley, who appeared alongside Rashaun on The Real World and The Challenge, also remembered her in a social media post.
