Aneha Singh and Cam Halloran connected quickly on Love Is Blind Season 11, bonding over their shared sense of humor and opening up about their backgrounds. But as the couple returns to Boston and considers marriage, a serious family issue threatens to derail their relationship.

As of Episode 8, Aneha and Cam are still together. However, their path to the altar has become increasingly complicated, and viewers will have to wait for the season’s third installment to learn whether they can overcome their differences.

Love is Blind Season 5: Which Couples Are Still Together?

Are Aneha Singh and Cam Halloran still together?

For now, yes. Aneha and Cam remain a couple in the latest episodes of Love Is Blind Season 11, but their relationship has faced several challenges since they first met in the pods.

The pair initially hit it off thanks to their similar sense of humor. Cam even joked that laughter was essential if they were going to spend the next 60 years together. Their conversations also touched on Aneha’s Hindu faith and Cam’s experience visiting India, where he brought My Gita by Devdutt Pattanaik on a hike in the Himalayas.

Their first face-to-face meeting, however, was awkward, with Aneha even trying to persuade Cam to get his ears pierced. More significantly, Aneha worried that her parents might not accept him because he is White.

During their time in Mexico, Cam asked whether her family’s potential objections would be related to his race or religion. Aneha believed his race would be the bigger concern. Once they returned home, she discovered that her fears about her parents’ response were justified.

Is love blind?

Why won’t Aneha’s parents appear on Love Is Blind?

After returning to Boston, Aneha told Cam that her mother did not want to be involved in their relationship or the experiment.

Aneha explained that she had spoken with her mother and admitted she did not know what the decision would mean for their future together. When Cam asked whether her mother wanted nothing to do with him specifically, Aneha clarified that her family was rejecting the entire situation.

The news left Cam questioning whether marriage could realistically move forward without her parents’ support. He asked Aneha whether she would marry him if he had not spoken to his own parents first, emphasizing how important family involvement was to him.

Cam also admitted that he wanted Aneha to have the best wedding possible but would find it difficult to get married if his own mother were absent. With her parents unwilling to participate, Aneha is now hoping her sister will be open to speaking with Cam and helping bridge the gap.

What did Cam’s sister Karina tell Aneha?

Although Aneha’s family has declined to appear on the show, she has had the opportunity to meet Cam’s sister, Karina, who lives with him.

During their conversation, Karina described herself as the “structure” in Cam’s life, explaining that he is not particularly good at planning ahead. Aneha later brought up the issue with Cam, saying she could see how much his sister had done to help organize his life.

Their discussion prompted both of them to acknowledge that they seemed “colder” toward each other outside the pods. Cam even pointed out that Aneha had left the bathroom light on all day to see whether he would say something about it, highlighting the small tests and frustrations beginning to surface in their relationship.

With family acceptance, communication and everyday compatibility all becoming concerns, Aneha and Cam face some difficult decisions before the wedding. Whether they can work through those issues or ultimately decide to part ways remains uncertain.

Viewers will have to tune in to Part 3 of Love Is Blind Season 11 to find out whether the couple makes it to the altar.
