Brad Pitt and Jon Bernthal are set to reunite on viewers’ screens as their acclaimed World War II drama Fury prepares to arrive on Netflix, giving a new audience the chance to experience one of the most intense films of their careers.
Originally released in 2014, the 135-minute movie was directed by David Ayer and features an impressive ensemble cast, including Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Peña and Jason Isaacs.
Pitt stars as Don “Wardaddy” Collier, a battle-hardened American tank commander leading a five-man crew through Nazi-occupied Germany during the final stages of World War II. Bernthal plays Grady Travis, one of the experienced soldiers serving alongside him.

Their mission becomes increasingly dangerous as the crew travels through enemy territory in their Sherman tank, facing overwhelming challenges while trying to support the advancing Allied forces.
But Fury is about more than its large-scale action sequences. At its heart, the film explores the complicated relationships between soldiers who have spent years fighting together, the psychological toll of war and the difficult choices they face under extraordinary pressure.
The arrival of an inexperienced soldier, Norman Ellison, played by Logan Lerman, adds another layer to the story. As he joins the crew, he must confront the harsh realities of combat while learning to survive alongside men who have become hardened by years of conflict.

The film received a 75% critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes, alongside an 84% audience rating. It also performed strongly at the global box office, earning more than $211 million worldwide.
Now, the war drama is preparing for another streaming moment. According to MovieWeb, Fury will arrive on Netflix on November 1, 2026, making it one of several major action titles joining the platform’s November line-up.
More than a decade after its theatrical release, the film continues to attract attention for its performances, tense storytelling and powerful portrayal of the human cost of war.
For Brad Pitt and Jon Bernthal, Fury remains a memorable collaboration — and its upcoming Netflix arrival is giving the 2014 drama another opportunity to reach viewers.
